Marketplace Terms

A catalogue of third-party products and services that work with Fulcrum. When you buy from the marketplace, your contract for the product is with the vendor. Fulcrum operates the platform and processes the payment.

Vendors must accurately describe their products, deliver what they sell, provide reasonable support, keep their integrations secure, and comply with this policy and applicable law.

Customers must use marketplace products lawfully, pay for what they purchase, and write only genuine reviews based on real experience.

Marketplace purchases are billed through your Fulcrum account. Vendors receive their share of revenue under their vendor agreement with us.

Refund terms for marketplace products are set by the vendor and shown on the listing. If a dispute cannot be resolved with the vendor, contact us and we will help mediate. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may remove vendors or listings that breach these terms, present security risks, or attract repeated substantiated complaints. Where a removal affects paying customers, we will work on a reasonable transition.

Fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or manipulated reviews are prohibited and will be removed. Repeat manipulation leads to removal from the marketplace.

Vendors are responsible for their products, including their performance, security, and compliance. Fulcrum is not liable for third-party products beyond what the law requires of a platform operator.
