Acceptable Content Policy

This policy defines the content that may not be created, stored, or sent through Fulcrum, and how we enforce those rules. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content (link to this section)
Illegal content, content that promotes violence or hatred against people, harassment, sexual content involving minors, fraudulent or deliberately misleading material, content infringing others' intellectual property, and malware or content designed to compromise systems.
2. AI-generated content standards (link to this section)
AI-generated content sent through the platform must not be deceptive about material facts, must not impersonate real people or organizations without authority, and must be disclosed as automated where the law requires it.
3. Enforcement (link to this section)
Depending on severity, we may warn the account, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account. Illegal content may be reported to authorities where the law requires or permits it.
4. Automated moderation (link to this section)
Automated systems screen generated and outbound content against this policy. Automated decisions with significant effect can be escalated to human review.
5. Reporting (link to this section)
Report content that you believe violates this policy to [email protected]. Include links or identifiers so we can find it. We review reports promptly.
6. Appeals (link to this section)
If we take action against your content or account and you believe we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement notice or email [email protected] within 30 days. A person will review the decision.
