Do Not Call Policy

Outbound calling and messaging must comply with the DNC rules that apply to you and your recipients, including the Australian Do Not Call Register and the US National Do Not Call Registry.

You are the caller in law. You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists are lawful to contact, including registry checks, consent records, and required calling hours. Fulcrum provides tooling, not legal cover.

The platform provides tools to scrub contact lists against DNC data sources you connect and to exclude flagged numbers from campaigns automatically.

When a contact asks not to be called, the platform records the request in your internal DNC list and blocks further outreach to that contact. Honor such requests promptly, and in any case within 10 business days.

Some jurisdictions allow calls to existing customers or recent enquirers despite registry listing. These exceptions are narrow and vary by jurisdiction. Confirm the rules that apply to you before relying on them.

Using the platform for unlawful outreach breaches the Terms of Service and can lead to suspension, in addition to the regulatory penalties you may face directly.
