A small business runs on the calls it manages to answer.
A five-person trade business competes with a fifty-person one on one thing: whether someone picks up, quotes quickly and follows through. That has always been a staffing problem, and staffing is the one thing a small business cannot buy its way out of.
Fulcrum AI exists because that stopped being true. The work a front office does, answering, booking, quoting, chasing, posting and reporting, is work models can now do end to end rather than assist with. We build the system that does it, for the businesses that were never going to hire for it.
How we build it.
It learns your business, not the internet
Answers come from your own prices, hours, service area, documents and history, held separately from every other customer's. A general model that guesses at your prices is worse than no answer at all.
A person when it matters
A caller who asks for someone gets one, mid-call, without repeating themselves. A conversation that turns difficult goes to a person rather than being handled. You set the prices, hours and scripts; the models work inside them.
One monthly number
A plan, a seat count and an allowance, all published on the pricing page. Go past the allowance and it bills at your plan rate, which is on the page too. Nothing about your bill should be a surprise at the end of the month.
