Pick a slot and a scanner comes to the property. A two bedroom apartment takes about an hour, a large venue about half a day. You do not need to be there.

We process it
We stitch the capture into a walkable tour, add the floor plan and room measurements, and blur faces and plates. It lands in your Fulcrum account within 24 hours.

Embed the tour
Copy one line of embed code into your listing, your website, or a Fulcrum quote. Responder can send the link straight into a chat when someone asks to see the place.

Prices in USD, excluding tax. ScanPro sits on top of any Fulcrum plan. Travel outside a scanner's usual area may add a fee, and we tell you before we book it.

Before you book.
ScanPro is an add-on to any Fulcrum plan, so tours live alongside the listing, the enquiry, and the follow-up. If you only want tours and nothing else, tell us on the contact form and we will sort out a standalone arrangement.
We schedule around where our scanners already work, so coverage depends on the address. Send us the postcodes you cover and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach them and what the lead time looks like.
As long as you keep hosting. Cancel hosting and the embeds stop resolving, but we export your tours and floor plans as files so nothing you paid for disappears.
Yes, and property managers often do, once at move-in and once at move-out. Each capture is a separate scan at the per scan rate, or comes out of your monthly bundle allowance.
